Simple Coleslaw Dressing

No need for store-bought again with this simple coleslaw dressing.

Ingredients

• ½ cup mayonnaise (personal preference is Kewpie)

• 2 ½ tsps apple cider vinegar

• 1 tsp white vinegar

• ⅛ tsp Dijon mustard

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tbsp white sugar

• Sale and pepper to taste

Method

1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.

2. Whisk until smooth and sugar dissolved.

3. Dressing is ready to pour over your salad.

Makes enough to dress 300g of salad
